What we collect, why, and what we do not do.

What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size and anything you tell us about accessibility or dietary needs. When you sign the waiver we keep a record of that signature.
We need this to run the tour: to reach you if the weather turns, to know who is on the boat, and to fit you with equipment.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on this website or seen by us. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
- We do not email you unless you ask us to, or it is about your booking.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you or following you around the internet. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Keeping and deleting
Booking and waiver records are kept for as long as we need them for insurance and tax purposes, then deleted. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
