What we collect
When you book by phone or email, or send a message through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size and anything you tell us about accessibility or dietary needs.
We need this to run the tour: to reach you if the weather turns, to know who is coming, and to fit you with equipment.
Payments
This website does not take payment. Nothing you type here goes to a card processor, and we never ask for card details by email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
- We do not email you unless you ask us to, or it is about your booking.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that count page views without identifying you or following you around the internet. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no tracking cookies to consent to.
Keeping and deleting
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for insurance and tax purposes, then deleted. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
